Hand Knitting or Blood Spatter?

So I was unsure of my I-make proposal. I had two things that I couldn't decide on. Maybe ya'll could help. The first one was hand knitting. So instead of knitting with needles, you make various knots using your arm/hands with giant yarn to create something. The steps on how to make something like this are hard to explain via words, so Ive added some pictures down below and a link to a "how to" video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7HOIzQT1k4#t=32 The obvious challenge with this one is learning something completely new. The next project I thought of was Blood Spatter art. I would like to paint/spatter some canvases in various techniques and then try to sell them on Etsy(My community hack). The steps vary from project to project, but Id like to make 5 different canvases of blood spatter, I would also use different mediums for each. Such as acrylic or spray paint. Ive added below a few variations of this idea. The challenge I would face would be actually getting them to sell on Etsy, so navigating the sight and making my own “shop”.
