I think it is really fun to join a community. I am a person of great curiosity, my tolerance level for uncertainty is not very high so I like to learn about everything. I think a community that is live can bring to you new ideas and ways in which you've never thought of before.
In the past, I've joined many communities on social medias and real world as well. I would learn of them through friends, family members, or even just complete strangers and would become curious of it so I go and find out ways in which the community requires me to take to become a part of it. Whether it be signing up online through the website or filling out a physical application, my main goal was always to become a part of it so I can learn from it.
A community that is on social media is a great source to learn news thing from others, if we don't get so caught up in it or abuse the amount of time we are on it. A real life community or physical community is also a great source to one on one learn about new ways and can be use to contribute to our surrounding and environment. In general, I think that being or joining a new community is a great thing that brings about good experiences and lessons that can be developed into useful skills if interpret properly. I strongly encourage people and myself to continue joining and learning from new communities whenever an opportunity is presented.
